Thank you is a simple enough phrase to say, yet it seems that people from all ages and walks of life forget to use it from time to time.

It should be common knowledge that when someone holds a door open for you or when you are being helped by staff in a store or restaurant you thank them. Or if your co-workers assist you in some way, you extend your gratitude verbally or in writing. Just to name a few circumstances.
There are a number of articles that you can find online that discuss how gratitude can enrich your life. People have even turned gratitude journals into daily practice, something that I try to do myself. While googling this subject, I stumbled upon a great article called: 34 Ways To Show Gratitude and Have A Better Life Instantly. It’s really great, I highly recommend it!
